Tenant setup

New Microsoft 365 tenant configured with your domain, security baseline, MFA, conditional access, and licensing.

Pre-stage migration

We sync all mail, calendar, and files into the new tenant while the old one keeps running. No disruption.

Cutover night

Friday evening. DNS flips, delta sync runs, devices re-enrol. Monday morning everybody opens Outlook and signs in.

We are on-call for the first five business days post-cutover. Anything weird, we fix it inside the hour.

Migration is priced per user on a sliding scale, with everything included. Licensing is separate and runs through our CSP at standard Microsoft rates.

Will anybody lose mail?
No. We pre-stage everything before cutover and run a delta sync the morning of go-live. The worst case is one or two minutes of mail being delayed during the DNS flip.
What about phones?
iPhones and Androids get re-profiled. We send each user a one-page instruction with screenshots. Most do it themselves in five minutes.
Can you keep our old domain working?
Yes. We can keep the old mail platform running in read-only mode for as long as you want, so old links and archive search keep working.
What if we have a public folder mess?
Public folders migrate. We usually recommend modernizing them into shared mailboxes or SharePoint, but if you want them preserved as-is, they stay.
Do you handle Teams and SharePoint setup?
Yes. Teams gets a baseline channel structure. SharePoint gets a sensible site architecture. Both can be expanded after.
Do we have to use you for support after?
No. Migration is a fixed engagement. You can hand it back to your in-house person or another MSP, no contract lock-in.
