Our company car
has a story too.
Every brand needs a vehicle. Ours has a name, a build sheet, and tens of thousands of kilometres of northern road behind it. The Tremor you’re looking at is our office between client sites. If your brand doesn’t have a vehicle yet, that’s what our brand management service is for.
Three stages.
One purpose-built rig.
NRTHSTR-V1 didn’t show up fully kitted. Every piece on it was earned. Driven, tested in the bush, then upgraded for the next leg. Here’s how it came together.
-
STAGE ONE
Brand new, off the lot.
Day one. Zero kilometres, factory spec, North Star IT branding ready to apply. A blank canvas chosen for reliability, capability, and the long road ahead.
- FACTORY SPEC
- READY FOR BUILD
-
STAGE TWO
High-vis reflective decal package.
This is the wrap you can see in the hero photo. The white starburst and North Star wordmark on the front door, NRTH STR V-1 along the fender, and 24 HOUR EMERGENCY RESPONSE in red across the rear cargo glass. Daylight presence on the highway, headlight return at night, and the brand carrying down every road we travel.

STAGE THREE · CURRENT
Full safety & comms loadout.
The bush-ready spec. An orange LED safety whip on the rear bumper so we’re visible above the brush, Starlink on the roof for off-grid connectivity anywhere in northern BC and Yukon, and a bush radio antenna mounted on the front fender for the places cell coverage gives up. Built for the real territory we work in.

Why a company car needs a callsign.
NRTHSTR-V1 isn’t a logo on a hood. It’s a working vehicle, kitted out for the territory we actually serve. Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon, and every dirt road that connects them.
Stage one was the start. A clean rig with the capability to go anywhere we need. Stage two made it visible. The reflective decal package, the door logo, the fender callout, and the red emergency line on the back glass. Stage three is what it took to make it bush-ready. The orange LED whip above the brush, Starlink for connectivity off-grid, and a bush radio for the places cell coverage doesn’t reach.
That’s what the callsign means. NRTHSTR-V1 is the first one. Purpose-built, field-tested, and the prototype for whatever comes next.
